Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Refund request is made within 14 days of course purchase date
- You have completed less than 25% of the course content
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- No course completion certificate has been issued
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Course purchased more than 14 days ago
- More than 25% of course content has been accessed or completed
- Course completion certificate has been issued
- Refund request is made after the course access period has expired
- Courses purchased on sale or promotional pricing (unless otherwise stated)

Shipping Address for Returns
